Common things we work on

02
Counselling combined with practical tools for movement, mindset and meaning. Because talking about change is one thing — living it every day is another.

03
No templates. Your plan is built around your goals, your challenges and your life — with clear, achievable steps for body, mind and spirit.

04
Change isn’t a straight line. Ongoing support gives you tools, resources and guidance between sessions so you can stay on track — and get back on track when life gets in the way.
Getting started
Tell us a little about what’s going on. Share as much or as little as you like.
We’ll reply to arrange a time to talk and answer any questions.
We get to know you, talk about what you want to change and agree on next steps.
Sessions, tools and support that bring body, mind and spirit together.
Questions
Can’t see your question here? Just ask — there’s no such thing as a silly question.
Not at all. Lots of people reach out because something just doesn’t feel right, or they’re tired of the same patterns. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to deserve support.
It’s a conversation. We talk about what’s going on for you, what you’d like to change and what has or hasn’t helped before. You’re in control of how much you share.
Yes. What you share stays private. The only exceptions are rare situations where someone’s safety is at serious risk or the law requires disclosure — we’ll explain this clearly before you start.
Yes — breaking free from addiction and the patterns around it is at the heart of BMS. If you need medical support such as detox, we’ll help you think about who else should be part of your support team.
It’s different for everyone. Some people want help with one specific thing; others prefer ongoing support. We’ll talk about what makes sense for you and check in as you go.
No. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In Australia you can also call Lifeline on 13 11 14 at any time.
